It infuriates me to see organizations treating communication professionals as if they possess magical powers, expected to juggle multiple roles and deliver miracles overnight. It's time to debunk this myth and shed light on the reality of the situation. Here's why:


The Myth of Superhuman Abilities

Communication professionals are talented individuals with unique skills, but they are not superheroes. They cannot single-handedly excel in public relations, content creation, social media, management, crisis communication, and more, all at once. It's unfair to burden them with unrealistic expectations and demand superhuman feats.
